Who’s Andy?

He’s my partner in Paleo! When I met him, we were both already runners and already following the Paleo diet! We were both already great cooks and fond of great wine! We are such a pair. We have been a couple since November 2011, and I don’t know what I would do without him.
Andy is a successful business owner and lives in a beautiful house in Curtis Park. He is an accomplished runner, having finished 23 marathons, and still running to this day, everyday. Sometimes I am lucky enough to run with him on his recovery days.

His personal bests are as follows:
2 miles: 9:50 (1981)
3 miles: 15:02 (1989)
5K (3.1 miles): 15:52 (1990)
10K (6.2 miles): 32:55 (1986)
1/2 Marathon (13.1 miles): 1:13:03 (1982)
30K (18.6 miles) 1:48:51 (1987)
Marathon (26.2 miles): 2:35:41 (1985)
